Got key covers so i finally know which is the gate key vs door key. Guy at the hardware store said they were on the house.  This hardware store, which opened not long ago on Taraval, is going out of business.

Sat on the beach for a while.  Another beautifu, mild day.  SFGate reports that this mild January has led to forecast of  the worst drought in state’s history.

Also, called about unemployment insurance today; recorded message says they are fielding too many calls to do anything for you, gives ya some info, and then hangs up. Good times.

Had a really weird dream that was like I kept trying to relive a sequence in time to solve some problem and I kept getting the answer wrong, but the only way I knew I’d gotten it wrong was that i’d reincarnated again in the same place.  Actually, the dream itself made less sense than that, that’s my conscious mind imposing order on it.  But it reminds me of this pic:
