SUPERCONTINENTAL

I’m very excited to have a short story pop up in the ‘False Promises’ zine put out by Team Punchbag! The story is called ‘Optic Blasts Are Bullshit’, and it’s a humorous look at what happens to an anonymous office worker when he suddenly gets the aforementioned powers. Check out threehalves.net to find out where you can pick one up (hint: if you are not near Portland, Denver, or San Francisco you may be disappointed).

So, over the course of November, I participated in the 30 Characters Challenge, where artists and writers create 30 new characters in the 30 days of November. Out of the 800 who signed up, I was one of the 80 who actually finished all 30 characters. It was a lot of fun, and I learned some new tricks and techniques along the way. I’ve put a couple of the images after the jump, but you can check out all of the characters and their stories over here.

Finally, after the site went down due to (*ahem*) WordPress issues of my own making, we’re back with a refreshing new look and updated work. A stronger portfolio emphasis than the last iteration. This thing called Supercontinental keeps evolving, adapting and surviving.
